Chester Cheeto, a fluffy orange stray kitten, discovered a serene garden behind a small old office building, where he made his home among the plants and shady trees. The office staff quickly grew fond of him, with Tara bringing him food and water daily, Joe checking on him during nights, and Matt and Olivia Bringing him tasty treats to snack on. Though Chester is timid he responds with gentle eye blinks and silent unspoken affection we all know is there.

Seasons change, but Chester remains a beloved honorary member of DoT and part of our daily routine, enjoying his cozy refuge and the company of his humans who ensure he is loved and safe all year round.
