Joe has dedicated over three decades to the design and art industry, making his mark in both Salt Lake City, Utah, and New York City. A University of Utah alumnus, Joe has a diverse and extensive portfolio featuring design, painting, and illustration. Beyond his artistic talents, Joe is also known for his remarkable gardening skills; you can see his tulips on DoT’s front lawn come springtime each year.
